Nestled in the peaceful confines of landscapes of bliss, tranquility and relaxation, the citizens of Germany are rudely being woken up, shaken and surprised by a most disturbing creature, origins unknown.

Consider the family who had packed their suitcases, trunks brimming with vodka and two, teenage kids, both boys, about sixteen and seventeen years of age, who decided to get away from the rustle and bustle for a 2 day road trip. All scenarios played out with the regular expectations as they had numerous experience previously when they made the same journey, in pursuit of fresh air, rolling landscapes and anywhere a cell phone could not reach them.

Everything looked as it had always been. Their car pushed into each corner of a daunting hill that looked like a mountain, burning the tires every now and then. The teens were soundly asleep with dreams of who knows what, but since one had drool dripping from the shadow of his lips, one might guess his thoughts were of events and pleasure not yet experienced.

Sara, mom, too was in a intense slumber, probably caused by the thick buzzing of the car engine heaving itself up yet another car-eating hill.

We should all be counting our lucky stars there was an inconspicuously placed camera, ironically perfectly positioned to capture what no one in their right mind could have predicted. Maybe, a fluke being the same day K-fee energy drink was being introduced to the country. But, what was clearly meant to be a television commercial representing a tranquil setting was unfortunately thrust into the epitome of a scary German energy drink commercial , maybe one hundred and eighty degrees in the reverse direction of all original intentions.

No one could have planned it, and unless there were eyewitness reports, citizens of Germany may not be panically pacing, laying awake and up at all hours completely baffled and stunned by what was recorded. Despite having video evidence, to date, German authorities have kept mum about what happened that day. Maybe to purposely keep it under the rug, or act like it never happened, but one thing is for sure, Germany will never be the same again. The invasion has begun.
