How to Look Young Forever with Facial Exercises
The first thing that people always notice is one's face. You should note that it is easier to remember faces than names and thus, one's face tends to leave the first impression. Thus, you should always ensure that you are at your best every day.
Eventually, everyone will age and there are manifestations in one's skin and this can be seen in one's face. For instance, it may lose glow and flexibility. You can drink supplements or perform surgeries that will help you maintain a young looking skin however aside from being costly these methods can be quite painful. People without proper resources may often think that they no longer have chance to maintain a young looking skin since they cannot afford the medicines or the operation.
The good thing is that there are actually free ways on maintaining young looking skin especially on one's face. And that is through facial exercises which one can do everyday without the need to pay anyone. Add to that the fact that you can do them at home.
First of all, you should ensure that you drink lots of water everyday. Having at least eight glasses daily will keep you skin hydrated and will also improve the circulation of oxygen and blood in your body. Water also encourages new skin development and ensures the removal of toxins in the body through perspiration. All these will make your skin beautiful.
Second, exercising daily should also be done. Aside from the fact that exercise makes you healthy, it also keeps you happy. Through exercising, oxygen and good blood circulation are again achieved allowing the body to be renewed. With the proper circulation of oxygen and blood, the functions of the body are also able to perform at best including development of new hormones and cells. The old skin cells are removed by the new cells making the skin look young and new. After exercising, effects include an improvement in one's predisposition and a happy feeling.
Like the other parts of the body, the face can also be exercised and thus, you can also expect the effects of exercise on one's face. Exercises on one's face are easy and will not take most of your time. You just have to be disciplined in doing them daily to enjoy long term effects.
The best time to do your facial exercises is right after a bath or after washing your face. Skin is well hydrated, soft and relaxed at this time. Be sure to lubricate your hands with jojoba oil or your favorite facial cream or lotion. Then with the palms of your hand start massaging the upper middle part of your forehead in a circular motion going outwards to the direction of your temples. Repeat this routine this time on the lower part of the forehead. Do this twice. You will feel so relaxed that it will make you feel better.
Next, using your three middle fingers from both hands, you should massage from your temples up to the scalp in a circular motion three times. Then with your index and middle fingers, you should massage your nose bridge downwards three times, as well. Lastly, sweep your forehead to the opposite direction using your right and left hand alternately for three times too. Doing all these exercises daily will definitely give you a renewed and young looking skin that most people want to have.
